 Welcome to MAD Youth Council; established in 1998 by Cheltenham Borough Council to represent the views of young people across the town.'MAD' stands for Making A Difference, and is representing the views of young people in Cheltenham. Since 1998, MAD has grown to a well developed youth council, working in partnership with many departments of the council, companies and other youth organisations. Since 2003, MAD's website has been a huge development of the youth council by streaming the web with over 560,000 visitors a year and reaching to the young people across Cheltenham.
